Thaedra Frangos is a proud Dhudhuroa and Wamba Wemba woman along with Greek cultural heritage born, raised and living on Wadawurrung Country. She is a baba (mother), Warrawi (healer), biodynamic craniosacral therapist, facilitator, non-practicing lawyer, movement artist and actor combining the science, deep wisdom and intangible cultural heritage of her Ancestors with formal qualifications and extensive depth of practice, lived experience, presence and connection.
Thaedra mediates realignment with presence, values and creative healing grounded in felt, embodied relationships with the interconnected landscapes of self (mind, body, spirit), Country, community and Ancestors. This process leads to the restoration of health and equilibrium internally, and resonates and reflects externally, in our footprint, integral action and relationships.
Thaedra has facilitated in the healing arts for the past 16 years. Prior to this, she developed skills in deep listening and facilitation as a qualified lawyer working in complaint resolution, policy, research and outreach for the Western Australian Ombudsman, Victorian Privacy Commissioner and Aboriginal Affairs.
