APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Here at Torquay Chinese Medicine, we often have an extensive waiting list of patients who would like an appointment, and as such
we require at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations.
Sufficient notice not only shows respect for the time that your practitioner has put aside especially to help you, but also allows the time to offer your appointment to another patient who might really need it.
If insufficient notice is provided (less than 24 hours), we reserve the legal right to charge a cancellation fee that is equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee. If a patient fails to attend their appointment and provides no notice (i.e ‘no shows’), then a cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee will apply. Cancellation fees will be invoiced and payable within 7 days, we thank you for your understanding.
Please note, any outstanding cancellation fees will need to be paid in full prior to making any future appointment bookings.
